The ability to create a visual presentation with client furniture or furnishings from various vendors.

Home Stager Job Duties:

• Support design team with furniture placement; decorating and decluttering for empty and vacant homes
• Participate in marketing efforts, including social media, video and articles
• Coordinate logistics related to staging/ destaging projects
• Move furniture and accents from storage to staged property
• Support Lead Designer with planning and organizing of staging projects
• Lead inventory and accounting of home staging supply
• Coordinate and manage contractors such as movers, painters, repairmen, landscapers, etc.
